I am looking to add an OW01 to by collection and have found one with non matching engine and frame numbers. The owner says they all didnt have matching numbers but somehow I am a bit suspicious.
Can anyone advise?

It's a limited production race bike that may have seen track time. Changing motors is common on bikes that see heavy track use. Are you buying for track or as a collectable? Buying for track, if bike is in good shape, go for it. As a collectable, I would pass.
