Loud Fan sound

Why does my 2007 yamaha r1 fans abnormally loud.. it's sounds like a fan going. Also what causes the bike to Rev higher than normal cuz I used to be at 5000 rpm at 75 mph but now it's at 6500rpm.. any ideas would be appreciated.. thank u
