Method 1:
Goto http://www.techcrunch.com/get-youtube-movie/ and paste the url there, then click "Get Video" and it will auto start the download...
Method 2:
For FireFox users, just install this VideoDownloader add-ons and voila! It supports more than 60 video sites.
***FYI: All the videos are downloaded as .FLV format, which it's a flash video format. You can watch them with a FLV player. If you want other formats, you will need to convert it with a video editor software.
