I have a 2005 yamaha zuma 50 and the steel center pin is ceased in the aluminum block. I've tried penetrating fluid, vinegar, heat and a hammer, MORE heat and a bigger hammer. It won't budge! Any tips?

Please clarify-- are you saying it's "ceased" or "seized"?
