Has anyone else had any problem with their reverse?? When i go to backup especially on an incline the engine falls all over itself. Seems similar to the parking brake safety sputtering.
once i get it moving it is fine though ....

any help would be great guys
thanx

There's a speed limiter on those that makes reverse almost useless. There's a wire somewhere that can be cut and grouned to bypass it, I just don't remember what/where it was. Just be carefull if you do, the gearing is so far off in reverse, you'll pick up speed quick

It's the rev limiter. It can be disabled but I would recommend not doing so. Just learn to get it going without building the rpm's so high.

I agree going fast in reverse on an atv is limited for a reason.

I've seen a few flying J's on atv's. :lol

The reverse speed limiter wire is a green wire down by the shifter. It can be ground out, but you will most likely lose your reverese light.
