1998 YZF 600 R Air Surge tank drainline routing assistance

There is a drain line that connects to a cooling bar and eventually the air surge tanks under the instrumentation.
The drain line runs between the front left fairing and surge tank by the speedometer cable. The host has a T and splits into 2 hoses. One with a drain plug and the other is open.
I am trying to figure out where to run these drain lines and if the open one connects to anything else.
