General Torque Specs: (07-08) R1
Front Axle: 19mm Hex
- 22mm
- (66 FT LBS)
Front Axle Pinch Bolts: 6mm Hex - (15 FT LBS)
Front Brake Calipers: 12mm - (25 FT LBS)​

Steering Stem Nut: – [Top Triple Tree Nut] 36mm - (82 FT LBS)
Rear Axle Nut: 32mm - (108 FT LBS)
Footrest Bracket: [front] – (20 FT LBS)
Footrest Bracket: [rear] – (20 FT LBS)
Front Sprocket Nut: (61 FT LBS)
Rear Sprocket Nuts: 17mm - (50 FT LBS) [Service manual calls for 72 FT LBS but this is incorrect.]
Upper Left & Right Engine Mounting Bolts: (33 FT LBS) [This is normally where your Frame Sliders mount.]
Front Brake Disc Bolts: T40 Torx - (13 FT LBS)
Rear Brake Disc Bolts: T40 Torx - (22 FT LBS)

Stock Chain/Sprocket Info:
17 Front - 45 Rear - 118 Links - 530 Pitch.

Oil Change Info:
Recommended Viscosity: 10W30 or 20W40.
Oil Drain Bolt: 17mm - (31 FT LBS)
Oil Change Without Filter Replacement: (3.07 Qt's)
Oil Change With Filter Replacement: (3.28 Qt's)

Hi,
Installed new Sato rearsets on my 2007 R1. Afterwards I noticed that the breaklights was on and to no luck can't seem to adjust it correctly.

Sato Rearsets

Hey,
Im using the switch that came with the rearsets. I had to cut the original switch wire the new one that came with the sato.
