just recently my bike started having idle around 4000rpm and temp has been staying up around 200-220 I've never had a problem with idle or temp before running power commander V with fuel injection module and akrapovik exhaust.

Is it possible my Power Commander could help me with that in some way
High idle, possibly, as is does effect the fuel air mixture. Have you tried to unhook the power Commander to see if it runs better?I meant with the high idle or running hot
