    Working on a new to me 96 Jog. I have replaced the battery, spark plug and fuel pump. I have spark but can only get fire when I prime with gas in the plug hole or force fuel down the fuel line; the new fuel pump (OEM) doesn't seem to be very active. I don't know how much of a pulse it should be...
