Handlebars need to be squared

How do I set the handlebars straight? ... as of right now it's like a steering wheel turned to the right to make the front tire go straight.

The bike is a 1997 Yamaha V Star 650.

I would sure appreciate your help. Thank you for your time.

Judging from the pictures it looks like the bike had been down on the right side and the bars are bent, the bolt for the handle bar clamp may be bent also, and possibly even a bent fork tube if the bike hit something like a curb. They could be persuaded back to something close to being straight but it would be much easier and a lot safer to replace them. You could try and loosen up the handlebar clamp bolts and re tighten them in the correct order, that might help. tighten the front bolts down first so that the upper clamp is touching the lower clamp (like the left side clamp in your picture), then tighten the back bolts down. It might help a little.
