im using prototype TDMR Mikunis, but using '02 R1 motor in my R71. You lose some response at lowend and cant wack the throttle like CV's

well...i know that carbs...they are the mikuni answer to the keihin fcr flat slides
steven topham is the european mikuni dealer and is a yamaha classic racing team member as me
you should set them on the dyno through lambda values

i was speaking about the keihin injection system kit used from haga and guareschi on the R7 sbk bikes
thanks for reply

Hey, This is Ben. I've got the airbox, but never was able to track down a set of the throttle bodies. They were the 2002 kit set, and there may be a set floating around somewhere, but when I bought the airbox (because I was under hte impression I had a set) I was warned that they're nearly impossible to find. So now I've got a really pretty, really big, really light paperweight.

Good luck with the hunt.

hi Ben...nice to meet you again
i could reach the bodies for 2,5k€...the kit costed till 2002 15k€

this is the reason cause it has not been sold...Gramigni took part to the WSBK and used to ride an R7 with mikuni system(team vallimoto)

the problem is...it wouldn t be enough...to fit them you need:
manifolds and them gaskets
wiring loom
throttle cable
ecu

it would mean at least 5k€...most of those parts are no longer avaliable
