Hey guys im new and i have a virago 250. Would drilling out the baffles make a good improvement in sound?

Hi Im new here too. I bought my wife a VX250 to learn on and cut out the first set of baffles. I didnt rev it on the video but Im making another video as soon as Im done with everything..

If you remove the baffles, or otherwise modify the exhaust, be careful to check the plugs often for a while. You will probably find that the bike will need to have the carbs rejetted a bit richer. Running too lean will overheat the engine, which is NOT good. Also, if you do this, you will probably have a drop in gas milage. With the cost of gas going up as fast as it is, that also is a consideration.
