Puts out 164bhp & 79.9n-m at the wheel! :workout :bow :rock

I thought she was good before, but now that she's tuned its just crazy! Spinning through the gears is like there is no load on the engine, just zip-ziip-ziiip...! :mock :moped

Also took the baffles out, so she's deep and throaty now. Wifes already complaining and the neighbors gave me a dirty look as I pulled in. Guess she's doing well. :P

164 hp seems kinda high for just baffles. What else have you done to her??

Nah, that isn't all I did.

PC3usb, Yoshi slip-ons and a new airfilter as well.

In a previous post I said what I had done, sorry should have linked the two, but was that excited about the performance.

It's amazing what the 07 can do and feel like with a few simple mods... I'm lovin mine and it's nuts that it can even be on the street... lol

Yeah for sure!
My mechanic just shook his head when I picked her up and told me to be careful. I've been using him for well over 7 years and he's never said that before. :lol

Even he thinks its crazy what they are doing now. :yes

carbs, airbox and headwork would still put me about 8 HP shy of that....

but nothing beats that 98 lower end grunt :)

:yes

Even though she's putting out heaps of ponies, I still miss my '00 every now and then.
That thing was just a monster, and felt like one to ride which made it exciting every time she started up.
It's a different kind of ride now days.

firehawk: i bet even with a big bore kit you would be a tad shy. Trust me, i did it and it will still come up shy. But the lower end can't be compared and till you get up past 100 you'll rock them...no doubt about that. You do the works to the engine and OMG it's a wheelie machine in 1-2 at even like 4rpm. Really have to watch it when taking off.
