I have a 2000 Roadstar Silverado 1600 cc. During cold weather I experience hard starting as battery doesn't seem to have enough umph to fire the beast. warm weather or even low teens seems to be fine..If I jump start the bike...it is fine for the rest of the day...My battery is good, an odessy. I was wondering if a starter that puts out more amps might help.. Anyone with any insight into this thought would be appreciated.

the roadstar warrior starter is a great upgrade for the roadstar, another good mod is changing batteries to a YTX20HLBS , the standard is YTX20LBS, the hlbs has about 40 more cranking amps, also check that your decompression selonoid is working properly, would also help to always have the battery tender hooked up when your not riding.
