I recently purchased a 2008 AR-210 and the only issue I have is that the rear port cleat is not bolted down and is easily removed, thus being completely unusable. I am assuming the back rest in the rear is removable to gain access to repair the cleat. Can anyone tell me how I gain access to the cleat?
