how many turns out do i need to set the pilot screw to?i cleaned the carb and wanted to make sure everything is right when i put it back together. thanks

Bottom it out. There is no adjust for this or it will fall out and your stuck where ever. Add a drop of lock tite too. Only adjust to make is the idle and fuel flow on the bottom of the bowl.

how many turns out on the fuel on the bottom of the bowl?

The fuel/air screw on the underside of the fuel bowl. 1.5 is a good starting point. It also depends on how much add ons you have too.

no add ons just stock with the baffle out.i finally got it to idle but now it pops a little and from an idle when i hit the throttle it bogs? i have stock jets so i don't know what it is.

When you say baffle out you mean airbox. That is a add on. You have altered the air intake considerably. If thats what you mean. What did you do with the fuel recovery hose?

Have to wait to see what he means by baffle, maybe took out the muffler packing? have to wait
