freak of nature!! mad strong.......too bad the roids only make that possible for most... He'll be doing well not to have his heart explode at 55 ys old

Dallas cowboys had a lineman that benched over 700lbs....forgot his name though

"might" >>?? :lmao

It's cool, I mean it's his choice and it's all good. He knows the risks I'm sure, and hopefully the short term gains are well worth it.

Since you cross-posted yours, I'll cross-post mine as well.... ;)

While huge benches are cool to a degree, this is far more impressive:

Take far more to lift big numbers overhead than it does to lay on your back and press. :cool

Some numbers Oly lifters can put up makes 500+ pound benchers look like fat asses. Pyrros Dimas did a clean and jerk of 213 kilograms at a bodyweight of 83 kilograms.

For the non-metric minded: He lifted 469.5 pounds overhead at a bodyweight of 190 pounds.

I did a lot of Olympic lifting for about 3-4 years, and the workouts can be brutal. :workout
