Some rider coaches that helped me were James Lickwar, Dave Stanton, Jimmy Wood, and Danny Eslick, as well as Jason Pridmore himself. There's another one I've been to, but it's damn near a private engagement as it's only held once a year. Very good school though.

I've done Keith Code's CSS, as well as a Fasttrax Race school. Code's school was very well structured, and for riders of all levels I would recommend it.
