I have 2001 yz125 and when I bought it it had a broken throttle tube housing (bottom under the handlebar). I bought a new one and the throttle started to stick and upon inspection it is broken in the same spot. the thing is I haven't laid it down. just normal track riding. is it cheaply made? I have never seen this before on any other bike I have owned

In the diagram there is a spacer #17(on the diagram)
it is meant to space the brake lever/master cylinder from the throttle tube.
It cannot be under the throttle tube housing , if the throttle tube housing is clamped around this spacer it will crack the housing and the throttle will not operate properly.

another thing could be the way the throttle tube is moved up on the handlebar .(type or namebrand of bars?)

well then I don't know what it could be. I have had at least four yz's over the past few years and no such problems.
