I have a 2007 YZF600R and need to tighten the chain. Anyone know how to lift the bike?....no center stand and no where to put spools in!

you can use a bottom lift rear stand for this, if you don't have a stand then you can have one person hold the bike while the other tightens the chain.... make sure to adjust both sides the same amount.
