macattack 11-08-2007, 07:54 AM I know you may be mad at me for saying this but that shock doesnt look like it was made for that bike. I dont mean to rain on the parade Im just trying to help. or avoid any problems you may have That shock is not listed in ohlins catalog for that bike, I know that I may be totally wrong I am no expert. I know you are racing and probably know more than I do especially about your bike and racing add ons. the model listed is YA343 just a heads up.1362

:yes :rofl
gsxcorey 11-08-2007, 01:59 PM nice and skipper all you need now are some brembo calipers :)
the ohlins shock is BADASS, have been running one on our k7 and don't have one complaint. the ohlins fork we did later and on the street you don't notice the fork all that much, but the rear shock is very noticeable imo
Miss Landry 11-08-2007, 02:33 PM Why can't I get one of those cookies saying Ohlïns on, me too ?! :cry
kneedragger77 11-08-2007, 02:34 PM aftermarket suspension is the way to go! Very nice setup :yes
My bike was a different bike altogether after the suspension upgrades. You will be pleased

so........ will you drop the price for me :rofl
dont hurt to ask :lol
i know ill be doing that later on, first i want to do the BREMBO MC, still dont know if i want the 19x18 or 19x20
the 18 says it better for 4 piston caliper and bla bla bla
19 for 6 piston caliper bla bla bla
which one will work better for my aggressive racing enviroment, i love to brake late but with out a good set of brakes, man let me tell you it gets scary some times
and i need to know very soon because im racing dec 2 in homestead speedway, so yeah im gonna need brakes. its a very but very fast track.
Why can't I get one of those cookies saying Ohlïns on, me too ?! :cry
not one but two im going to give you with a lil candy that says ohlin too.
================================================== ================================================== =====
NOW
im such a freaking gangstar that i fixed the problem with preload adj being to close to pipe.
the preload adj is bolted to circular clamp that wraps around the oil reservoir of the shock. the clamp is tighten by a 4mm, loosen it up a bit twist up the clamp and buala the preload adj is now like 3/4 of an inch away from the exhaust :mrgreen
ill post some pics tomorrow.
Miss Landry 11-09-2007, 07:15 PM not one but two im going to give you with a lil candy that says ohlin too.
