Hello,

My son's 01 ttr90 leaks gas out the overflow tube. It does start and run but sounds bad, like too much gas. I took the carb apart cleaned it but still leaks gas.

Any ideas?

The needle in the float bowl was not seating properly. I bent the tab up a bit to force the needle to seat better which stopped the fuel leak but now my idle is off. My guess is the needle is bent too far and at idle doesn't allow enough gas through. Seems to run fine driving around the yard.

I'll probably end up replacing the needle sometime because I'm guessing it will fail at some point in time.
