Don't forget to set your clocks back one hour, if they don't do so automatically.

actually, given how snooze-fest they've been lately, I'm heavily considering just sleeping in and watching it later in the day.

nope....i was wrong. it's the other way around. back up an hour. if the race is normally on at 5am, it's going to be on a 4am....fall back an hour.

oooof. 4am......time for bed. :)

Firehawk

shit....now i'm all confused.

motogp.com lists the race as being at 1400, and converted to MY local time makes 0600 without the time correction. with the time correction, the race SHOULD be starting at 0500, since we "fall back". i'm gonna go with it, hope i'm right. :)

Fall - You FALL back an hour

Spring - You SPRING forward an hour

Now where are the crayons to draw a picture for FireTweety and R1Hater :crash :lmao

That's how I am. I wish they'd eliminate DST altogether. Save on confusion, and I don't think it's actually saving money/resources like they're hoping it would have.

Depends on what time zone you're in. Mountain time it's 8:40.

I think you have your clocks wrong. It's almost 0900 in CST.

Great! Means none of the clocks changed and they were supposed to change automatically. (Means someone went to work an hour late...:sing)

Cell phones, etc should have changed correctly. However, if you have older equipment with clocks in them, such as a VCR, it wouldn't know about the new DST changes that occurred this year. Our VCR changed two weeks ago as it should've if congress didn't change the dates DST occurs.

BTW, he wouldn't be late. He'd be an hour early. ;)

Nope, he was late, (I think...He'll call and let me know here soon). lol We don't have a vcr. My cell phone didn't change automatically, I just had to shut if off and then turn it back on for it to change. I just had to call my mom in order to figure out what time it was supposed to be. :lol

:imwst

I would rather have the extra bit of light in the evening than the morning anyways. Completely a PITA if you ask me, lets vote it away.

DST is stupid... no reason for it anymore
