i know its not a yamaha, but i need some new tyres for my crf 450, sticky as poss, any suggestions? am running 17" rims, so 120 on front 160 on rear. have heard michelin PC3 are good?

I ran Dunlop Qualifiers on my YZ earlier this year. Grip was good. I finally got them switched out for Pilot Race soft. Unfortunately, I won't be able to ride on them until next year as my SuMo season is done.

over here we have to pay a road tax (all vehicles, cars, bikes, trucks) and you have to display the appropriate disc on your bike.

Gotcha. We do here as well, but they're registration tabs/stickers that go on our license plates.

michelin supermoto! not strictly road legal:D will post better pics when i've fitted them.

Haven't heard anything about them. So post up your thoughts once you've got some time on 'em.

tyres fitted, only had a short ride (letting the chain narrow the tyre a bit:D) initial impressions very good although they'll obviously be totally crap in anything but dry weather. will post up again when i give them a proper workout!
