Has anybody run into a problem with getting a smooth roll-on off of idle with an FCR carb? I can't get it jetted right to get away from having an "on-off switch" when I roll the throttle on from closed. It makes riding the slow technical stuff pretty difficult with the surge that happens as soon as I come off minimum throttle.
Any ideas? Thanks.

I've never had any meaningfull success in eliminating that surge Juan. Firehawk is probably the guy to know tho.

Great tuning Manual. But is there a basic maintenance/cleaning manual for beginners? With pictures?:mrgreen

I have 39mm FVKD's on a Vmax but have been told they are FCR's.

This is the closest looking expoded view I can find but its still not exact.
