what do you mean how do you open a file from powercommander.com? ie a zip file? Some windows systems let you right click the file and you can pick "extract here" then the file inside will pop up in that same location. or you can use the program tugzip. Or just let me know what map you're trying to download exactly and i can extract it for you and host it for you to make it easier.

You dont actually open the file per se, you use the power comander program to read/use the file. It must be installed first.

If your talking about the tutorials on the PC site. I save to the desk top, open the zip file, Click on item, open with IE (select from program list) and allow blocked content, then they will play.
