Just wanted to say whats up. Bought a yzf 600 last week as my first bike. Look forward to great times ahead. Oh, also is the yzf 600 and yzf 600R the samething?

:welcome no they are differnt, depending on years and such, there are yzf600R, yzfR6, and Yzf R6s. i think these are the only ones... :shrug

Yes the yzf 600 and yzf 600R are the same bike... but the yzf R6 is different.

IIRC the yzf 600r was about 94 through current... the R6 started in 99 I think.
