Smilie adjustment

I have updated the smilies to all be the same on all the sites now. This will keep us old people sane when posting on more then one site. :)

You can look at the updated codes here if needed. I tried to keep most of them the same.

I will also be adding back a few custom smilies in a new category for each site.
