so last weekend i was bored and decided to adjust my trailer. the bucks were to close on the trailer and didnt allow the ski to sit right and made it a little difficult when loading.

the first steps was to remove the bunks from the trailer and remove the brackets and staples.

after the carpet is removed we cut two 45 degree angles to allow the hull to properly sit on the bunks.

then i recovered the boards i used a bolt to help line up the carpet and hold it as i stretched the fabric

then reinstall the brackets and mount to the trailer. i used a floor jack (with a small piece of soft wood to protect the hull ) to lift the ski to adjust the bunks.
and the final results.
