The last set of tires I had on the bike was Michelin Pilot Roads. Not a bad tire, and almost no wear after 1500 miles.

It wasn't anything extreme, as I prefer the near stock look. Never have been into the custom paint myself.

Yeah, that and my entire exhaust. I broke my windscreen installing it (Damn cheap Ebay windscreen). After I installed the Race Baffle, my stock can looked ugly, and I didn't have $$ to spend on a can. So I wrapped it also. It hasn't burned, or faded and it's been 2 years already.

New Bridgestone BT0016r tires 190/55, a new rear BST wheel. All fasteners and cush drive bits replaced in g5 ti. Took 1/2 lb. of weight off:scooter
The drilled washers are choice.

Unmounted, with pics mounted soon. Did some other stuff too that warrants some updated pics soon.

New shock/dogbone linkage hardware, and some nibs for the MCM exhaust, and new look on that. I cant deal with chrome.

Wheels weighed too.

Front as pictured- 8lbs even
Rear as picured with cush drive assembly- 26.2lbs

The front wheel is stoopid light...

Very nice. Aside from the slip on, looks pretty stock. Mud flap and all.

Here is my 2003 R1. I bought the bike in July of 2008 used with what you see in the pictures. I was working at a powersports shop when the previous owner brought it in to trade for a cruiser. It looked almost new when he brought it in. Some mods he alread did to the bike were carbon fibre accents on the triple tree, clutch cover and stater cover, carbon fibre frame sliders, black windshield, fender eliminator kit, clear brake light with intergrated turn signals, a custom shortened Yoshimura carbon fibre slip-on exhaust, flush mount front turn signals, mirror block-off plates and lowered the bike with a lowering link. I still have the bike and enjoy it everytime I ride. The only things I've changed since I purchased the bike was put the factory mirrors back on, removed the passenger foot pegs and replaced the muffler bracket with a R1 bracket. I'll take some new pictures and post it up here soon. Oh yeah, I got the bike for only $3500.00 U.S. I hope you enjoy the pictures.

Cant compete with the C/F of Mr Rorlow, but I like the way my R1 looks right now. Mods: HEL SS brakelines front/back, EBC pads, Mirror Block offs, DB Puig windscreen, Matrix steering dampener, K&N oil/air filters, Graves V-stacks, Vortex 520 kit, DID chain, Yosh full system, PC III, Dyno @ 157 hp, LP led flush mounts, frame sliders, bar ends, swing arm spools, Motrax bar end mirror, crg shorty levers, Vortex gas cap, Star Rotors Xenon H4 head light bulbs, & led driving lights, Smoked integrated tail light, Gorilla alarm, & powder coated stock rear sets, home made fender eliminator, & clutch slider.

Future plans are Star Rotors/wave rotors front, and back, & upgrade to 04-06 R1 wheels, Re-paint entire bike liquid silver

1052 kit/fallicon crank/keihin carbs/ported head/trac arm/custon paint by air strike design/ohlins shock and damper/arko pipe and a lot of little stuff
