For those who are wondering how to save a video from online sites such as YouTube, Google, etc., here is how... :mrgreen

Method 1:

Goto http://www.techcrunch.com/get-youtube-movie/ and paste the url there, then click "Get Video" and it will auto start the download...

Method 2:

For FireFox users, just install this VideoDownloader (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2390) add-ons and voila! It supports more than 60 video sites.

***FYI: All the videos are downloaded as .FLV format, which it's a flash video format. You can watch them with a FLV player. If you want other formats, you will need to convert it with a video editor software.

I found something that's free too... :cool

I use tubehunter for that. Works well for me. Converts the videos to just about anything. Straight to 3gp, to watch on my phone etc.

I also found a software PQ FLV Downloader Pro. It could download and convert the FLV to iPod, PSP and iPhone directly.

Above all,its trial version offers 14 day full privilige use.It also works after trial expired. Only the downloading speed is restricted.

Check PQ Flv Downloader (http://www.pqdvd.com/download-youtube-videos-tool.html)
