1982 XJ650 carbs

I spent half the day yesterday cleaning the carbs on my XJ. This is my first experience with this type of carb setup. 3 carbs all operate well and the slides fall correctly. 1 slide is falling really slow. Is there an air passage that may be plugged causing the diaphragm to hold vacuum too long?
